I know this might seem dumb, but how far is a 5k in miles??

    If you're familiar with the Internet and Google, you can find tons and tons of metric converters if you search for them. The calculators will convert anything you want .. distance, weight, temperature, volume .. even conversions needed for recipes, such as how many teaspoons there are in a cup.

    Rose... I think (if I remember correctly the distance at our track at Casa) ... it would be equal to doing (approx) 12 laps since it is 3.1 miles. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
