Can't stop late-night snacking!

    Guilty!!! There I said it, i eat a snack every night while I read to make myself tired. I get home from work at 12:30am 2-3x a week so I don't even go to bed until around 3-4am. I have still been losing weight. My snack is always dried cereal, SpecialK, Wheaties or Cheerios. The only time I don't to the extreme late night snack is when I have to be at work in the am which is twice a week, on those nights my last snack is 2-3 hrs before bed, and that is usually a 100cal Klondike bar...yummy!!!
