Hi guys, im fairly new to this so hello to everyone.
Can anyone tell me how big the cup is for the 8 cups of water we have to be drinking per day?
Im drionking about 1.5l a day, so I put 10 cups in, so the animation overflows.
So ho many of the cups equal 1.5l.
thanks
Al

Hi there
A cup is 250mls so there's 4 cups of water in 1 liter of water. The recommended water intake is 2 liters a day, so that equates to the 8 cups of water that we're all supposed to drink a day.
Hope that helps0 -
If you are exercising, be sure to aid additional water because your body will need it.0
