Subject basically say's it all! I'm nineteen and I live alone. Instead of eating pre-packet food or un-fresh food. I want to get into cooking! Any suggestions? ♥

Chili is cheap, healthy and easy, plus you get lots of leftovers.
Buy a rotisserie chicken and use it for multiple meals: chicken fried rice, chicken fajitas, chicken salad.
Rachel Ray's old "30 Minute Meal" cookbooks have lots of quick, cheap and easy recipes in them, and they give very clear cooking instructions. Look for used ones at used book stores or garage sales.0 -

I'm a student so I find a lot of ways to eat healthy. I do a lot of stir frys, soups and stews (they make loads of leftovers that can be frozen) but our big thing ATM is roasted veggies! I take root veggies like carrots and parsnips and I cube them to about the same size, place them in a large tray with a tiny amount of olive oil, some basil, parsley and paprika, toss it all up so it gets even flavour and roast for about 45mins. So tasty. They come out really sweet and tender and even my veg-dodging bf loves them.0
