My initial reason for posting was so I could relate myself with other people having success to maybe edit my own stuff or get more ideas, I figured more people could benefit the same!0 -

- how many calories a day do you eat on your rest days & exercise days: I don't eat my exercise calories back and have my goal set to 1,600. Some days it's a little less and some days it's a little more though. I'm leaving for a cruise in 3 weeks and would like to lose another 2 or so pounds, but after I get back I'll be upping my calories to 1750 since I only have about 10 pounds left to lose.
- whats your exercise schedule? Right now all I'm able to do is heavy lifting (about 1-1.5 hours, full body routine) 3 times a week, plus 2-3 cardio sessions for 30-45 minutes. Once it stops snowing here I'll get back into running outside 3-5 times a week though.0 -

Work out schedule: Sunday - Saturday 30 - 35 min. on tread. 3 - 5 miles
Every other day (schedule switches) 2.5 to 3 hours of work on farm from stalls, turn in/ turn out, chores, stocking hay, straw, and grain, etc.
Horseback riding: When every the weather is nice or if I'm crazy enough to ride in the rain, etc.
Sunday - Saturday any where between 1 hour to 3 hours. Depends on schedule and what I'm up for.0 -

Saturday: hike, cross country ski, or other "fun": outside activity for 60-90 minutes, weights 30 minutes

I am going to find a way to add yoga or other flexibility-enhancing exercise into this routine.0
