    Weight: 150lbs (first gw. is pre pregnancy weight of 145lbs, almost there and only six weeks after she was born :D)
    Rest days cal intake: 1400 - 2000 calories Saturday
    Work out days cal intake: 1300 - 1500 calories (Sunday through Friday)
    Work out schedule: Sunday through Friday up to 30 minutes of cardio

    By the end of April I will be at 60 mins six days a week for work out and doing p90x
    My goal weight (128-130lbs) should also have been achieved by this time.

    Weight: 158
    Rest day: 1,600 - 1,700 calories
    Workout day: 1,700 - 1,800 calories
    Exercise: 30DS every day, gym 3 days a week, 30 minutes walking a day.

    My initial reason for posting was so I could relate myself with other people having success to maybe edit my own stuff or get more ideas, I figured more people could benefit the same!

    - how many calories a day do you eat on your rest days & exercise days: I don't eat my exercise calories back and have my goal set to 1,600. Some days it's a little less and some days it's a little more though. I'm leaving for a cruise in 3 weeks and would like to lose another 2 or so pounds, but after I get back I'll be upping my calories to 1750 since I only have about 10 pounds left to lose.

    - whats your exercise schedule? Right now all I'm able to do is heavy lifting (about 1-1.5 hours, full body routine) 3 times a week, plus 2-3 cardio sessions for 30-45 minutes. Once it stops snowing here I'll get back into running outside 3-5 times a week though.

    - whats your exercise schedule? - Right now since I'm back at the gym my routine is 30 min. cardio followed by about an hour of lifting normally 5 days a week with a cardio session on the weekend.

    Calories: Was at 800-1200 but I've upped them to 1500
    Work out: As much as I can but sometimes that only means 30mins on a Wii

    Work out days cal intake: 1200 - 1500 calories (can be every day)
    Work out schedule: Sunday - Saturday 30 - 35 min. on tread. 3 - 5 miles
    Every other day (schedule switches) 2.5 to 3 hours of work on farm from stalls, turn in/ turn out, chores, stocking hay, straw, and grain, etc.
    Horseback riding: When every the weather is nice or if I'm crazy enough to ride in the rain, etc.
    Sunday - Saturday any where between 1 hour to 3 hours. Depends on schedule and what I'm up for.

    *have a job where I am on my feet 36 hours per week
    Example week:
    Mondays: pole fitness 30 min& swim 30 min
    Tuesdays: C25K run/walk 35 min, heavy weights 30 min
    Wednesdays: elliptical 35 min or Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD
    Thursday: C25K run/walk 35 min, heavy weights 30 min
    Friday: rest
    Saturday: hike, cross country ski, or other "fun": outside activity for 60-90 minutes, weights 30 minutes
    Sunday: rest

    I am going to find a way to add yoga or other flexibility-enhancing exercise into this routine.
