I just got it today!!!! So far loving it!!!
But curious. Is there a time frame for how long to wear the strap a day? I was thinking of wearing it work since I'm a server and see how many calories I burn in that place. Would that work? Will the timing stay on for 4+ hours?

You might kill the battery sooner.....I take it off as soon as I'm done working out to conserve battery life.0

Yes, it would work all day long but you're just supposed to use it during exercise. It's not made to calculate daily activities. You won't get an accurate reading doing this.0 -
It would but you are goona burn your battery out much sooner if you do that.0
