    10 pounds by the end of March sounds amazing! Need 1000 calorie deficit a day...JMBR will help for me!

    Didn't realize so many had jumped on board! :] My plan for the month is to eat 1200-1500 calories a day with four to five cardio sessions a week. I hope to burn between 600-800 calories during each of those sessions. I want to strength train at least twice a week. And I am trying to incorporate yoga into my daily routine! My birthday is the 23rd. It's closing in fast! Feel free to add me, I need people to hold me accountable!

    I am definitely in, too! I turn 22 on March 21st... it would be great to have lost almost-ten-pounds by then.
