Think about eating something not so good for several days and finally just eat it!
Haha... I have been wanting an oreo for three days and just opened the fridge to get a WW popsicle, looked around as if anyone cared, and shoved one in my mouth like it was a crime...hahaha!

  • Several days? Pfffft. Not even several hours, LOL. If I want something, I go ahead and have it as long as it fits into my daily calories. Don't deprive yourself. ;) Enjoy those Oreos!

    yes. Don't generally wait 3 days though?

    No food is "bad" if it fits into your cals/macros. (except trans fats)

    i don't usually crave sweets, maybe because i have a teeny bit of chocolate every day planned in. but i wanted a cupcake last week. i waited and waited. i didn't HAVE to. but i liiiike the anticipation. i'm the kid that doesn't want to open presents on christmas eve, i want to wait until christmas morning. to me, the cupcake tasted better after a week of anticipation. and i planned it into my food diary ahead of time.

    Yes today I worked my butt off this morning cuz I wanted to make this Omelette I really love that has Egg,Neufchatel Cheese,Taco Meat,Sweet Onions,Sweet Peppers,Feta Cheese,melted Cheddar Cheese on top is super yummy but a ton of calories. Had been ages since I had one so had to just work out so I could break down and eat one for supper.
