60 lbs - 5 inches

I have lost 60 lbs since Sept 12, 2012. I had to go get all new uniforms today, and when I got my new pants, I went from a 38 (that I had to squeeze into) to a 33, that fit right. I was a 32 waist in high school, and that was 17 years ago. Everytime someone asks me how I have done it, I reply that I have found two things that work #1 diet, #2 exercise. Everyone wants a easy fix to being overweight (I know because that was me for the last 10 years) but if you eat right, and exercise the weight comes off.

    Congrats! That must feel fantastic to wear a skinny uniform. If you have to wear one often, it might as well be a thin version. Well done!
