I needs advice on new foods. I dont have alot of time and I dont have alot of money. I have been eating mitchalinas (sp) frozen lean meals but I feel like im eating way to much starch and carbs.

What can I eat for meals that is easy to track and scan, Healthy, Fast, Cheap, And that would make me happy and not feel like im starving myself from normal food.

  • Really no one has any advice?
  • What are your shopping habits? What foods do you like and how likely are you to actually cook?

What is your budget? Where are you shopping? Where can you cut costs elsewhere so that you can afford better food for yourself?

I eat as clean as possible, which means lots of fruit, veggies, free range eggs and chicken, grass fed beef and pastured pork, wild caught fish, grass-fed butter and other clean animal fats, raw milk and other good dairy. I avoid things with ingredients labels as much as possible.

I wouldn't get near the the lean cuisine frozen meals with a ten foot pole.
  • around $100 I usually just go to walmart its right next door. I like all kinds of food Im not really pickey
  • $100 a week or every two weeks
