Meal replacers

Does anyone use slimfast, atkins, or special K? I bought some special K meal bars and Im excited about them. I hope they are filling though! who uses any meal replacers that are filling?

    I agree with the above. I find for the nutrition and amout of time I actually feel full from the various Special K items ... it's not worse the price.

    There are much better options available out there!

    I use Walker's Diet Meal Replacement. Very filling.

    I use Slimfast in the morning and I can make it to lunch with no problem

    I use Shakeology and it replaces one meal. It has cut down my appetite. If you want anymore information, please let me know. I will send you a message through myfitnesspal that goes over shakeology.
