Hey guys,
I got sent this recipe today and i thought you guys might enjoy it!, I haven't a chance to try it out yet! full of protein and low/lowish in cals depending on brand of protein powder

( and for those of who who don't know what a crepe is its just a thin pancake)

here it is:
4 Egg whites
1 scoop chocolate
dash of vanilla essence

Mix together till there are no lumps
Cook on medium heat for about a min each side, They can burn so be careful!

It also says if you want to make them a big thicker more like a pancake to add a bit of almond meal and baking powder and was thinking you could use banana as well as!

:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Enjoy n id love to know how they work out!

17 per egg white, Then i guess it depends on what protein powder you use as they can very different!

I just made one! Very good! Not very sweet on it's own, though, so I suggest either adding some sugar/sweetener of some sort when you make it, or just add something sweet on top, like I did :D

I just put an individual sugar-free Jello pudding snack on top and then some strawberries...VERY delicious! I'd say a perfect dessert -- high in protein and low in carbs! :D and it satisfied my chocolate craving!

Looks luscious . I don't have any protein powder so I'm going to try it with just cocoa powder, sweetener , raspberries and fat free cool whip. Thanks.
