First time PMSing on Diet

I have PMDD, and I tend to binge - and binge super HARD -- every time my period rolls around, especially when I'm stressed and/or studying. The friends I'm synced with have already started theirs, and I'm beginning to cramp up myself. I already found myself reaching for the snacks. I'm making do with supposedly diet hot chocolate.

This kinda sucks. I hadn't even considered this. Any tips, ladies?

    Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches and Weight Watchers Oreo Chocolate ice cream bars....I always have them stocked for just such an occasion.

    I should mention that EVERYDAY is such an occasion.

    Low calorie snacks and planning a head. Lots of planning a head. That way I can have 500 in snacks if I want it, or an extra meal.

    Chewing on gum has helped me too.

    is there a particular time of day that you will binge- if so, book something else in at that time. ie go to a movie.
    allow yourself 3 measurable treats, preferably not too much salt.
