I like cottage cheese with cinnamon and a little Torani Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup or Splenda. Sometimes I also chop up an apple or pear to put in it, and sometimes some crushed almonds (or a combo of all).
I also really love Sugar Snap Peas or red, yellow and orange peppers.
Today a coworker brought chips and homemade salsa to share, and I ended up eating some salsa with my celery sticks, which was really good (and far healthier than chips).
I also like to eat string cheese with almonds.0 -
frozen banana......when I want to feel like I've had ice cream, I slice up a banana (reg or frozen), sprinkle a few mini choc chips and top with vanilla yogurt or a squirt of whipped cream.0

i make little flapjacks out of protein powder and eggs and schmear on about 1 tbsp of peanut butter (about 1/2 a regular serving) or strained unsweetened greek yogurt. mmmmmmm
i also do a half and half blend of peanut butter and tahini (sesame paste) to cut fat. use that on celery sticks instead of straight peanut butter.0 -
I'm not a huge snacker but my new favorite is like a fruit/yogurt parfit. I just mix together sliced bananas, blackberries, sliced strawberries and one plain vanilla yogurt (I like danon light & fit). So good. I also like toast with a little peanut butter and sometimes add sliced banana.0
