Need some higher calorie foods

I just started about a week ago and my goal for the day is 2200 calories. I know I need to eat enough, but when I'm making the effort and eating mostly fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and good carbs, I'm having trouble eating more than 1400 calories without being so full I could pop or eating junk. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this or any high(er) calorie healthy foods? I'd eat a bunch of nuts every day, but that much fat (good or not) can't be good?!

My biggest foe for calories are breakfast foods. Cereal, oatmeal, that kind of thing

Almonds have carbs, fiber, protein and healthy fats. So if you are afraid of fats a handful could quickly add 300 to 600 calories and not all fat calories. Or if your a carb fan bread is loaded with calories.
