So I tried Slim in 6 the other day and I was wondering what you would log it as in your exercises? Would it be circuit training? Or something else? I don't have a heart rate monitor either and I don't really know what to look for if I were to get one.

I use aerobics, low impact or aerobics, general. Not sure if this is right but its been working for me. I don't do Slim in 6 everyday, but I use the videos as part of my exercise routine.

I used to log it as general aerobics, but now I have a HRM. The calories burned on MFP were semi-accurate. But it's so much better with the HRM! I have the Polar F6 and I love it. It was worth every dime.

How much did you pay for it?

Aerobics, general is what I put down as well. I also don't plan on doing it everyday. Its just something to switch up my regular routine.
