    Im from Hampshire UK and although I set up a profile a while ago, yesterday was my first serious attempt at starting. Im around 2 stone over weight and mid 40s. Anyone want to add me, please do.

    I lost 2 stone with support from another site, 5 years ago but unfortunately, through various reasons, Ive put it ALL back on again. Also just had a knee operation which hast helped , as normally I like to do long hikes
