Clean eaters?

I am looking for some people to follow that try and eat clean and have open diary's. Please let me know if that is you. I'd love to get some new ideas for meals and share ideas. Thanks!

  • I'm trying really hard to eat clean! Although I have a slight chocolate/ sugar addiction im working real hard to get rid of, and am a busy college student, but among my friends im the cleanest eater i know! Feel free to add me!

    I try to eat clean....I guess it depends on what ur idea of "clean" is. I've come to learn that "clean" means different things. Your welcome to friend me....my diary is public to my friends. I'm new to the MyFitnessPal app, so I'm trying to always remember to log everything in. Maybe if I *know* someone wants to see my food log, then it'll be easier to log! :)

    By eating clean, I mean not eating anything that is boxed or processed. I cut out white flour and am trying to give up processed sugar. Basically I eat foods that are grown, meat, whole grains, etc. I still eat cheese and white potatoes. That may change once I get used to the changes I making though.

    Hey there, im a pretty clean eater :) nothing processed for me (besides chocolate once in a while) and nothing white or refined. almost everything i eat is all natural or organic and it helps a lot! ive noticed that since i went vegan most days of the week im losing weight faster, if i feel like i need dairy ill have "'fake'' stuff as in vegan milks and cheeses cause think about it, you drink cows milk or use cow products ie cheese, cows milk is made o grow a calf to a 2000lb cow, what do you think thats gonna do to you if you eat it in excess?! anyways hope my diary will help you
