I have been doing Strong Lifts, various cardio, and eating at a 500 calorie a day deficit. (I eat back 100% of my estimated exercise cals.) I'm satisfied that I can see my gut is shrinking. The first pic was taken 3 weeks after I started, at 196 lbs. The second was at 190 lbs. The third was at 185 lbs.

    More muscle in the arms, smaller tummy, can't see last pic D: gratz so far :D
