Home made chicken balti - Serving =?

Hi everyone, my OH is making a chicken balti for tea (from scratch) On MFP is states how many calories it is per serving. Does anyone know how many grams are in 1 serving?

It would great if someone knew as dont want to mess up my calorie count lol

    Borrow the recipe and plug it into the Recipe module on the Food tab. I wouldn't go by the completed dishes in MFP unless you know what exactly is in them.
