Hi everyone,

I just joined the sure today and am excited to begin my journey! My name is Liz, I am 48 years old and married to a super fit guy. I need to lose about 35 pounds to be where I want to be and welcome any support! I look forward to being part of a great group!

    Good morning Liz hope your going great today. I just joined on Friday and love this site already. There are alot of helpful hints left by others that are in the same boat as us.
