Indian buffet today for lunch...what are my options??

I have to go to an Indian buffet today for lunch. (Naan....nom nom nom)

I have to eat a very low sodium diet and aim for high protein and lower cabs, not very concerend about fat.

Also how do I log what I eat there?

Not sure how to help with the logging; there is no food scale and eyeballing food can be wildly inaccurate. There was another thread like this recently so do a search and you can read all of the suggestions. Things I remember from that thread:

Start with the salad. Fresh veggies are always good.
Tandoori chicken is basically grilled chicken rubbed in spices; it will probably be the healthiest dish there.
All of the creamy dishes that taste so so good are made with yogurt sauces that will probably blow out your calories for the day.
Look for the veggie dishes that have no creamy sauce to keep your calories down.

    Good luck and be strong.

it's probably impossible, mostly because you can't weight your food.

if you are truly on a diet, get what you think is a cup of basmait rice and 2-3 pieces of the Tandoori chicken and call it a day.

You can probably get a good measurement of that ...
