workout for a curl bro...

Since I'm under doctors orders not to use my knees, I'm reduced to being a curl bro.

What are some curl bro approved lifts? So far, here' s list I've come up with:

Bench press, db bench (only to arms at 90 though), incline dumbell press (again, only to 90 as barbell or going down too far stresses the shoulders), preacher curls, standing bicep curls, hammer curls, reverse curls, cheater curls, tricep extentions, skullcrushers/close grip bench in a superset (a curlbro staple), db shoulder press (again, only to 90's), smith machine OHP (90* rule), calf raises on the leg press, donkey calf raises, flys, horizontal cleans (cable rows to you normal peeps), pullups, standing tricep extentions, and of course the gold standard that is DB shrugs.
