I really, really, am satisfied when I have muscle soreness the day/two after a good weight training session. It's like I feel much more accomplished. Am I alone in this sickness?

'Enjoy' might be a stretch for me. But I can say I like what it means. That I've worked my muscles sufficiently.0

Doms are good as long as it's not too painful. But, I agree it hopefully means improved muscle tone.0
