Trying to increase my water intake like I am supposed to...I seriously either need to sprout a second bladder or move my desk into the bathroom! Who has time to pee this much!?

If you are going frequently AND your urine is exceptionally clear, you may be actually over hydrating or drinking too much in one sitting. Cut back if it is interfering with daily life.

However, if you are going all the time and it is NOT clear, then you might need to see a doctor.

Just wait until you get pregnant. Then you have to drink 64 oz a water a day with a baby crushing your bladder. And kicking you. Inside.

    Actually, it's awesome.

    Train your bladder?

Maybe you don`t need to pee as often as you think you do?

If you've just started increasing your water then that's normal, it gets better within a few weeks I promise!

On average, it takes about thirty seconds to pee. Eight cups of water = eight bathroom trips = about four minutes. Add another minute each for washing your hands, and another minute just to be on the safe side (about ten seconds per trip of on-the-toilet contemplation). Hell, add another couple minutes for walking to and from the restroom. If you really can't spare an extra twenty minutes out of your day, then perhaps you're spreading yourself too thin.

I found that increasing water increased trips to the potty! However, over the course of a few days, I got more hydrated, and less trips to the potty. I really like sticking with increased water intake, just seems to decrease other issues such as dehdration, water retention, regulate hunger a bit, too.
Maybe if the trips to the potty are a big bother, just increase more gradually, say, by 8 oz per day?
Also, maybe drink a bunch of water in the first hour of the day, so that you make your extra potty trips while still at home?
My oldest daughter, 14yo (no weight issues), drinks a load of water everyday! I was curious and had her keep track...22 8oz cups daily on average! No joke!

I'm kind of in awe that you took the time to figure that out, and really, really glad that you were never my manager in one of my hourly-type jobs, haha. :) My pee trips are usually about 5 minutes each. I don't time each aspect of it, but I'm pretty sure I don't dawdle too much. There's also the whole losing track of what you were doing aspect of the interruption.

I don't believe I'm defending a general dislike of having to use the bathroom more often.
