    OMG! How are you losing the weight so fast? I am 47 and have grown children. I never struggled with weight until I stopped having children. I also began working behind a desk in my early twenties. I decided in November 2011 to begin my lifestyle change. I weighed probably around 205 and I now weigh 162. I have never felt better, but it is taking me a while to lose the weight. I seem to have hit a plateau. Can you give me any pointers?

    My before pic the day my youngest was born 7 years ago. I was 360+ pounds at the time. My now pic is last week and currently at 229.
