I've been trying to lose weight for just over a year but been using MFP for 225 days tomorrow
Apologies in advance if the pictures turn out massive!
SW: 191lbs
CW: 159lbs
GW: 133lbs
Beginning of last year I got my wii fit back of my friend and I thought it would be a laugh to have a go on it. So I weighed myself and I was shocked to see that in a year I had managed to put on enough weight to end up at nearly 191lbs! Shocked me so much that I started to lose weight then and there. A month later I had lost about 17lbs.
This is me before (Excuse the messy pink hair lol had not long woken up!):
And this is me after losing the 17lbs:
As you can see I still had a way to go, but nothing more was coming off. I spent months trying to eat more, eat less, exercise more, exercise less, more water, less water, fat metaboliser tablets etc.
Not exactly sure what kick started the weight loss again in the end, but I spent maybe about 4 (I think?) months just going up and down by a couple of lbs but nothing more.
This is me so far:
I still have a little way to go though! My ticker says I still have 27lbs to lose.. that is until I get to 9 and a half stone (133lbs) which is my pre pregnancy weight. They weight I always was before I started eating like a (not so little) piggy.
I mostly need to tone up as I have a little saggy pouch on my belly from having kids and as you can see my arms etc are still a little chubby.
I've gone from mostly eating food out the freezer like chicken drummers, chips, sausages and crisps, sweets, chocolate and just basically crap to eating beautiful food like this:
And making my own meals that look this (Only picture I have is my chicken soup):
Thank you MFP and thank you to all my friends on my profile and all the MFP members, couldn't have got this far without you!
