I'm 5'7" and have 3 girls 20 months apart. My last little girl is 7 months old. I was determined to get the weight off! And I did, thanks to MFP. I ate 1200 cal a day and run 30 mins almost everyday!

Awesome job I have two daughters 19 months apart you are an inspiration , you look amazing nice abs.Hoping to one day look that good to after I lose all the baby weight.My youngest turns a year March 9th been on here since jan 1st lost 17.5 pounds and 13 in in total off my body,im 4ft 10in.0
