All new to me

:glasses: I will openly admit I started this almost a month ago. I started out at 294.2 pounds and was horrified being that heavy. I have lost a lot of family members at a young age due to unhealthy habits. I offically decided I wanted to live longer so I decided to change a few things. My husband is also doing this with me. I have thrown out all the sugar and sweets. Bought more fruit and veggies. Also bought lean microwavable meals for lunch and breakfast. But the thing is, I am trying to figure out what I can cook at home that is healthy as far as meals. I had a 50 pound weight loss goal at first and now am down by amost 15 pounds. If anyone has any ideas please share. I want to lose in the end almost 90 pounds to be at a healthy weight. I dont know anyone else on here so kinda doing this on my own. :glasses:

There are some websites that I have found have good recipes.
skinnytaste.com
Google "cooking with jax"
dash magazine online has some decent ones too if you look
Also, the recipes message board on here is good and if you browse the groups there is one called "The Cook" that is devoted to recipes as well. Hope that helps! Feel free to friend me as well. I'll be happy to support you on here. Good luck on your journey. :happy:0 -
The recipe forum has a lot of good food suggestions as well as sparkspeople.com0
