    Something positive about yourself well thats the problem, winter blues & i'm not coming up w/anything b ut my mini group tells me I"m encouraging & a great coach. I'm funny. I like people (sort of, on some days) I'll get thru it but I do need the kick in the pants & did sign up for a 5k in 2 wks (OMG!!! I HAVENT TRAINED!)
