    Tell me about it. I've been teetering around my goal weight for (what seems) ever. Worst plateau ever...
    I lost 65 lbs after high school, started school gained about 20 back now trying to get to my ultimate goal. I want to be thinner but do not want to lose my curves

    Yeah, I know what you mean. I like my butt...when I run and do cardio it shrinks. So, I squat... Thus, renewing the ongoing struggle between hearty and healthy... (-_- )
