Starting 30DS later today, anybody want to join me?

Hi,

Looking for a pal or two who would love to start 30DS with me! I'm stuck at weight lost at the moment and really want to kick-start it back into action with a nice month of working out! I'm already doing 40-90 mins a day on my exercise bike, so this will be a tiny bit extra. Any taker's?

    Just finished Day 1 of Week 1. Wasn't too bad, but then again I didn't use any weights. Wanted to see how Day 1 was going to be before I pushed myself too far (since some posts made it sound like a real killer). I think I'll treat myself to some light weights tomorrow since all we have at the house are 10+ lb manly weights.

    Looking forward to pushing a bit harder tomorrow for day 2, given that I won't have C25K earlier in the day.

    Feel free to add me as a friend and we'll keep each other accountable for staying on pace.
