Foods that are low in fat and sugar, but high in protein

I want some ideas of foods that are low in fat and sugar, but high in protein to add to my diet with moderate calories. I've been way over my sugar intake lately... My diary has not been the best for the last few days so please don't judge me by my diary. Thanks!
I know a few high protein, low fat-low sugar things already:
Eggs, PLAIN nonfat greek yogurt, Turkey, Chicken, skim milk... your turn
READY, SET, SHOOT!
