never again. hello to everyone

Hey my nameis mayra in southern california. I been on for bit. I use ifit treadmill a lot. I use to be over 350 lbs. I lost over 185. I had gastr bypass 9 years ago. Last year I went into major depression and gained 50lbs. I been working hard excercise and started writing what i eat. Fro. Past experience journaling works. But motivation is hard. I am single 36 female. Motvation comes and goes. Please help semd me motivation and pray i keep at it. I am trying hard. Its not easy. Always looking new friends.

    Congratulations on your weight loss so far. I know keeping motivated can seem like an impossible task sometimes. I'm glad you're here, and as long as you stick around MFP and keep tracking and working hard, you're going to be successful.
