Am I eating enough??

I have been reading many posts, where people are using the TDEE -20-25% to lose weight. I just recently changed my MFP goals to 1.5pds a week as having at 1pd a week was not working. MFP tells me to eat 1290 calories before exercise. Afterwards with exercise it's more like 1600 calories that I am consuming. Well my BMR is 1679. My TDEE is 2602 at moderate exercise. I do have a desk job but I exercise 6 days a week for 30mins. If I take away 500-1000 deficeit that will put me at 1602-2102. I haven't weighed in almost 3wks as I got EXTREMELY discouraged my first week or so in. I told myself I will weigh at the end of each month. So I will weigh in on Thursday. So I guess my question is, should I eat at LEAST 1679 (My BMR)? Also, my off day(rest day) should I only eat the 1290 which is way below BMR? I have about 60 pds to lose.

Yes, you should be aiming to eat above 1679 every day, this includes on your rest day.

I to am having this problem,I went to doctor for yearly physical in January an said my cholesterol was high an I was very over weight, which I knew already because I'm biggest I've ever been in my life right now,due to being in two car accidents an having 2 back surgeries I now don't work or get out much so I have put on a lot of weight in past 5 years. My doctor told me he wanted to put me on a 500 calorie diet an 30 to 40 mins. 3 times a week exercise diet. I was like 500 I will starve to death, lol, but this site an another site I use, tell me to eat between 1200 to 1600 calorie's a day so I'm so confused, I think because I'm so committed this time my brain is telling me not to eat, plus I've been real serious about portion control so I measure my food out, I also even thou I have a bad back an just found out I have fibromyalgia I still exercise 30 to 40 mins. 6 times a week. I normally don't get over a 1000 calorie's a day,an I usually burn as much as that in exercise, but I can see changes in my shape, but when I step on scale I still weigh the same it like things are toning, but pounds aren't coming off, what am I doing wrong?

So should I be Netting my BMR or just consuming BMR? I've noticed the last week I've been eating about 1600 calories but only netting about 1290-1400.
