Vegan Meal Replacement Shake Options

I am looking for good Vegan Meal Replacement shakes. I have tried the Shakeology Tropical Strawberry and LOVE it. Unlike a lot of shakes I actually enjoy it. It is bloody expensive though. I'm thinking of just signing up to be a coach for Shakeology (and no I don't need a coach to sign up under but thanks). Has anyone tried any Vegan meal replacements that are as complete, taste good, and are more affordable. I love that the Shakeology has protein, greens, fiber, omegas, super fruits blah blah. I want something that complete, that good tasting. Does it exist? How about Vega products? Do they taste OK?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Just looked more into the Vega One product. It looks quite comparable but unfortunately it's $4 a serving as well (at least in Canada). Has anyone compared the two? Thanks!0

Meal replacement shakes tend to be far too expensive... especially specialty shakes like Vegan ones. You mentioned Vega being expensive in Canada ... if you are in Canada I don`t believe you can sign up as a coach through BeachBody. You have to live in the US. A friend of mine looked into it as she was told she could get a discount on the programs if she was coach. She couldn't as they only allow you to sign up if you live in the US and she lives in Ontario.
What is your reason for using meal replacement shakes? You can also make your own (my mother does for her lunch at work because she doesn't get much time on her lunch break to actually eat so she brings a shake to drink while she works so she does get food into her). You can also make great meals for normally less calories and more nutrients than shakes.0 -

Thanks! The Coach opportunity is now opened to Canadians. It has been for a few months now. I always wanted to sign up because I love the programs but couldn't and now that I can I'm procrastinating. ;-) LOL
I have made great smoothies, green drinks, etc. but I'm looking for a meal replacement because a) I'm lazy b) it gets expensive buying all kinds of ingredients to make stuff then not making it because...I'm lazy, and c) I can't swallow pills so I like having so many supplements included in one drink.
I want to be able to replace breakfast and hopefully lunch for a while with a shake to lose weight. I'm not a big eater and can't be bothered most of the time which has slowed my metabolism to a snails pace and resulted in a lot of weight gain.0 -
Like you said, they can be expensive so that's why I largely make my own. I buy a mrp like vega and use half a scoop and put in greens and fruit and chia seeds...green tea...juice and blend up a smoothie. I think it's healthier than a plain mrp...I mean what "fruit" can you see in the shakeology powder?0

I use Vegan proteins+ by Genuine Health. I have tried Chocolate and Vanilla with Almond milk and fruit. Very good!!!

I found Vega flavors to be pretty puke-worthy in the protein shakes. I don't know if that's comparable to their meal replacement ones, but I'm betting they use the same flavoring...0

Sun Warrior is vegan a little cheaper and pretty tasty mixed with almond milk.0

I don't eat processed foods. Whole foods, plant-based.0

I really like Arbonne Protein powder, especially the vanilla, but the chocolate is good, too. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk and 3 ice cubes. It's also expensive, but it tastes good, and my weight loss efforts have been successful. I tried the chocolate vega and thought it tasted gross. Whenever I'm out of protein powder, I just drink unsweetened almond milk with a banana, a tablespoon of natural organic peanut butter, ice, and a dash of stevia.0

While being a coach can be good it looks like not only do you have to pay a start up fee but also a monthly fee to remain a coach. Seems far too expensive either way for their sub par products.0 -

That has absolutely no relevance to the question asked.
To the op, if you must have something like this, try sunwarrior as someone else suggested, but it is much better to eat real food, to be honest, i never saw any point in shakes.0 -
Personally when I want to make a shake for meal replacement, I will take a cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of plant fusion chocolate, a banana, and a TBS of peanut butter and blend it all with some ice.
If in the morning, I will add my daily chia seeds and flax seed meal0 -
I found a 100% vegan (even soy free) on-the-go, ready-to-drink meal replacement shake company named Kate Farms. A pretty compelling story outlines their inspiration for beginning their company. I haven't tried their shakes yet, but I thought the community would be interested in hearing about their products. Pretty cool for vegans but also pretty pricey. See what you think by checking out their website.0

I've been making smoothies lately, I drink one of each of these every day.
Green: 1 frozen banana, 1 mango, 1 tsp ground flax seed, 1 ounce almond milk unsweetened, 1/2 jalapeno, 1 kale leaf, 3 slices cucumber, 1 cup of water.
Purple: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup red beets, 1 tsp ground flax seed, 1 ounce almond milk unsweetened, 1/2 jalapeno, 3 slices cucumber, 1 cup of water.
Thats about 350 calories, which qualifies as a meal replacement for me.0
