On and Off Weight Loss - Looking to Get Back On Track

Hi guys!

Last year I decided that I needed to do something with my ever increasing weight gain so joined this site and also joined weight watchers and attended weekly meetings etc. I almost got the 1 stone milestone for weight loss from weight watchers but due to money committments could no longer afford to attend the classes and I thought I could do it on my own (I was soo wrong)!

I lost all motivation and stopped using this site and all the hard work I had put in too lose my weight was wasted and I ended up gaining it all back plus extra.

I deleted my old profile on here as I want too start fresh and would love to have some supportive friends too help keep the motivation up.

Im looking too do at least 2x 30 minute cardiovascular workouts a week (at least) and do weights at least once a week to help me tone up abit.

    you can add me as a friend, your story sounds similar to mine. I've lost weight and gained it back, too many times! I want to learn to keep it off this time!
