Just made these tonight!!!!! Super easy!

4 scoops True Nutrition Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Powder
8 Tbsp PB2 w/Chocolate (reconstituted w/ 4Tbsp of water)
2/3 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk
1/3 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Press into a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for at least one hour. Cut into 16 equal size bars and wrap individually.

Each bar contains;

90 Calories

9g Protein
10g Carbs
.5g Fiber

Enjoy!!!!

ETA: the formula for the protein is 50% whey isolate cold filtration, 25% micellar casein and 25% egg white protein.

    PB2 = I'm not Amazon savvy so I hunted around at Natural Food stores and asked people if they ever found it at a local store. Lone behold 1 Grocery store in my neck of the woods sells it for $4.99......oh my gosh it's soooooooo good, this peanut butter gal is lovin it plus it's only 45 calories per serving = 2 T. mixed with 1 T. water.....you MUST try it :love: :happy:

    Sugar isn't one of my macros, so I didn't figure it in. You can easily look up each ingredient though and figure it out.

    You can buy it at Krogers in the natural foods section. It isn't bad tasting at all.
