Hello!
Years back I hit my highest weight of 235 lbs, and through exercise and counting calories I managed to drop 50 lbs. Then I hit a plateau and just sort of gave into laziness. Even though I maintained my weight at 185 for 4 years I know its time for serious change. I want to be healthy and feel good about myself. So my new goal is to get down to 135 lbs so I can be at about the middle point for a healthy BMI. Another 50 lost, here I come!
