Hi everyone 
So I decided to sign up because I'm beyond frustrated & there's nothing like an upcoming bday to make you want to review your goals. I need a game plan/ support system. Im feeling crappy because i had to go to old navy today and pick up a few things bcuz once again I can't fit into anything I own
I'm good at working out and eating good if I plan it out but after a week or two life gets in the way and I fall off. I think it would be easier if I was accountable to other people. I need some motivation/support Pleaaaaase. I've been struggling with my weight going up and down forever/I'm fed up.
I've always been curvy and love that, I'm not looking to be stick thin just want to lose a few and tone up. If I could get back to 135-140 by july THAT would be great
What are you guys doing to keep motivated and stay on track? Maybe we can do it together
