    amazing how everyones skin and hair is better!1

    When I was at my heaviest I honestly didn"t try much i felt like crap, and wasn"t going and doing anything I didn"t have to and when i tried to take care of myself I felt like what is the point beucase I was never happy with the results and by the fine chance that I felt good, if saw a picture I would feel like crap again. Now that I am feeling good about myself I have been working hard on my skin and nails and taking the time to do more than a pony tail and a headband. Plus eating better has really helped my skin and hair IMO

    I think alot of people cut out so many bad habits or cut back on things like drinking, smoking, fats, salts etc that really have it out on our skin, so when we change to weigh less it is just one of the added benifits :)

    In some pics I can totally see peoples self confidence change just with a photo it is so nice to see. I think :)

    I have two pounds to go till my goal weight of 145 but I have been battleing that lose belly flab. Kinda disheartening because I dont know if I can get rid of it!

    I carry more weight in my mid-section than anywhere else. My "shape" seems to be more straight up and down than anything else, so I get the belly thing. It's frustrating. Even wearing a size 4 at my goal, I still am not happy with the way my belly looks. I mostly just forgive myself these day, though, as I *am* wearing a size 4 these days. lol I don't think that most of us will ever be fully happy with our bodies, but we can definitely be happiER with them.
