If you ever, what's your favorite reward food(s)?

ICE CREAM.
And I used to get McDonalds Cokes, but every time I rewarded myself, I had to go through the awful caffeine withdrawal headaches. Now I've just kicked the pop all together.0 -
I ate a Reese's PB egg...0

Beer, chicken wings, bacon usually all in one go.0

Cheese fondue - if it fits, it dips!
Note: I don't consider it a reward, but due to the heavy cals and sodium I try to keep it infrequent (just had some at New Years and not due again til mid May.)0 -

Is that a constipated face? mexican food should clear that right up0 -
Olive garden salad. So, so, so, so good.0

After something like a powerlift meet, or a significant workout, like say, the longest run I've ever taken, I would give myself the liberty to eat whatever the hell I want. Then again, I tend to do that most days.
Real "rewards" for me are splurging on new pieces of exercise equipment. I'm due for another pair of 45's.....0 -

so many, but In-n-out is a beautiful and rare treat for me. I order the regular hamburger (no cheese) extra onion and ofcourse the french fries.....................it's heavenly (Homer Simpston drool)0

I have been trying to have gelato and a glass of wine every day. Yesterday I had chocolate instead. You do what you can, you know?0

Fried Chicken or Fish 'N Chips. Not really a reward per sei, but an occasional treat...maybe once per month. Those are like the only two things that I can't ever seem to get to fit in my calorie goals for a day...and they completely blow up my macro goals.0

Self-discipline is its own reward.
Okay, not really. I eat all the foods anyway. But I do like to have loaded baked potato skins when I really want to indulge. With sour cream.0 -
:drinker: love you alreadyI have been trying to have gelato and a glass of wine every day. Yesterday I had chocolate instead. You do what you can, you know?0

Chocolate milkshake. I love them... which is undoubtedly how I became overweight! So now I give myself one after my karate class once a month. I burn 1200+ calories in class, so I know on those days I have room for it.0

Dairy Queen Peanut Buster parfait!0

I only reward myself with wine. But my favorite splurge (or occasional, or cheat, or treat or whatever) foods are grilled baby back ribs with spicy bbq sauce, Fritoes and french onion dip, or spaghetti with meatballs and buttery garlic bread.0

I reward myself with cheeseburgers.0

All of the foodz!

Ice cream/Gelato was mine, then I realized that I was rewarding myself with things that would work against my goal. Now having high end sushi is my reward. Hurts the pocket book, but doesn't ruin my daily calorie goal.0
