Food Shopping Help!

Options
Grocery shopping must haves? What low calorie items are you sure to grab while your shopping and/or what can you suggest? Foods, Snacks, Meals, etc! I'm trying to prevent myself from eating the same "safe" foods on a daily basis and in turn prevent my body from a plateau! Help? Also suggestions for packing a lunch, I work in retail and I need quick lunches!

Greek yogurt, eggs, egg whites, lowfat cheese, berries, apples, whole wheat English muffins. I buy lean meats as well, and we love breakfast for dinner with center cut bacon or turkey sausage in an egg and cheese scramble.

I reach for things like weight watchers jelly which I mix with 50g of lite cottage cheese - tastes like cheesecake, only about 80 cals for both. Frozen berries, protein bars, almonds. Ooh can’t walk past jarrah choc o lait - only 47 cals.
