So I'm gonna give this another try. Last year I lost a little over 10 pounds, felt good, clothes fit better, was doing great. Than something happened and I just completely fell off the wagon. This was last May and I never figured out why the heck I just gave up.
I'm on day 2 and like last time, I want to take it slow. I know from previous experience with failed attempts, it does me absolutely no good to jump into something full-bore.
