What I learned today on MyFitnessPal:
Starbucks "Reduced Fat Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake" is a No-No! 340 calories for a mass-produced, factory bakery item. So what exactly is the "reduction" here? No thanks in the future!

It may be fat reduced, but that doesn't make it calorie reduced. It can be very misleading for some people!0
