Great work so far!!
To keep your excitement, look at how far you have come when things get tough. Keep an old picture around (I have one on my fridge) to remind yourself what you don't want to go back to when you feel like giving up. When I have some decent progress I will have another current picture next to my old picture as motivation.0 -
Sometimes it helps to just CHOOSE to keep it. Like when you wake up in the morning make the CHOICE to be excited about your progress...that will give you an all around positive outlook and can only help you in the long run. MOST of our feelings are made by choice...if you choose to STAY excited and KEEP doing the things that are giving you results, then you'll stay the course. If you start back sliding though...well...you'll have those consequences. Back sliding is a choice too though.0

Motivation comes down to a mental decision to keep going everyday. If you rely on excitement its not going to get you there. Be proud of your accomplishment, but decide to keep going everyday.0
