Red Wine Vinegar

I've been adding red wine vinegar to veggies and salads instead of dressing and I have found that it really decreases my appetite. It's yummy too with only 2 calories per serving and no sodium. Can't beat that! :)

    I love red wine vinegar! I use it on salads or even just to spice up a bowl of cucumbers.

    I se all kinds of vinegars from a local olive oil store. My FAVE is the white strawberry/pear vinegar on sliced cuccumbers. So good.
