Trainer say what!!!!!!!
So I should start off by saying that it was at the dreaded planet fitness where I seemed to have caught the attention of a trainer while doing my deadlifts... I figured I would share these lovely little gems which fell from his lips to try and contaminate my workout...
1.I should be doing sets of 25 at a lower weight..
2. Back extensions work all the same muscles as deadlifts and are more appropriate for me. I think he meant because I was a girl but he didn't say it )
3. I should "tone" my muscles
4. Dr. OZ says.........(I toned out after the words Dr. Oz)
Exsersize is the least important part of weight loss and I should cut my calories down to a maximum pof 1200 ..Mind you I'm 5'9 and if I eat 1200 calories I may kill something and become hangry.....
I told him he was wrong ,he told me I was cynical lol..

Oh and he told me not to eat after 6....Never mind I don't get out of work til 630 and dont go to bed til atleast 12 I still should stop eating at 6:huh:

I keep hearing about this pizza night thing on the forums but they don't do that at the one hereshame cause I love pizza
