Bummed

Okay so, I somehow hurt my back on Saturday evening and since then have not been able to exercise or barely move really. I did go to the chiropractor and acupuncturist and it may have helped a little. I have always been an emotional eater and being hurt and thrown off track with exercise and motivation I ate poorly on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Today I am turning it around - however I still feel really bummed!! I was almost a week into MFP and doing awesome!! I will not let this slow me down! I can't. I am just feeling really SAD. Today is a new day and the only moment I have to make a difference at this point.

I am jus so tired of doors slamming in my face when I get on a roll!!! I hope and pray my back is better soon!!

    I completely know how you feel, but glad you are motivated to get back on track. Just remember, when life throws you lemons, the lemonade you make with them is probably low in calories. :wink:
