Some family favorites from EatingWell.com:
Beef and Bean Chile Verde: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/beef_bean_chile_verde.html
Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/creamy_cajun_chicken_pasta.html
Turkish Pasta with Bison Sauce: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/turkish_pasta_with_bison_sauce.html (needs the most exotic ingredients, but can substitute lean beef for the bison)
Thai Chicken Pizza: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/thai_chicken_pizza.html0 -
Go look at a website called skinny taste.com. My entire family has enjoyed them0

i recently bought the new American Heart Association Cookbook. Great book, yummy recipes. I'm more of a snacker and like smaller meals. One of our kids is grown and hardly home so I don't cook big meals much. Lots of yummy stuff in it though. I also started using Tofu to change it up. I've only made Tofu Parmasean so far. It wasn't bad. The next one I've seen that I want to try is General Tso's made with Tofu. Good Luck!!0

skinnytaste.com has epic recipes. They're mostly very easy to make. The recipes are healthy, but they actually have flavor, too. They include nutrition info for the food as well as Weight Watcher's points. I got a really good pesto recipe from them as well as other globally inspired fair.0

Soups are great, even chili isn't too bad on calories. Eggs, bacon and toast is a pretty filling supper. Omelets. Baked sweet potatoes. Tuna fish on wheat. These are my go to meals.0

Indian or Thai food ..., yum. Not difficult to find recipes.0

Larb Gai (chicken, but I also like pork/veal)
Thai Beef Salad

I like this vegetable curry.

Choice of vegetables is up to you but I like cauliflower, potato, carrot, broccoli, green beans. I use medium strength curry powder and garlic powder instead of cloves.
It is nice with Basmati rice either white or brown.0 -

I'm currently totally addicted to spaghetti squash. Here's the recipe I use:

... but you could do anything with it. I used to eat it with just butter, garlic, s&p a lot.0 -

Ooooh, I'll have to have a look at this. I always have frozen cauliflower and chopped spinach to throw in curries.0 -

Check out the "What Do Your Meals Look Like?" threads on this board. Lots of variety and it always helps to look at the finished product.0
